Join us at Forest Golf Club & Inn for our Chef’s Table experience. Chef Glenn Sheridan has designed an amazing menu for you to enjoy and looks forward to sharing an exceptional culinary experience with you!

Your evening begins with a pre-dinner social at 7:00 pm in our Speakeasy Lounge, featuring a complimentary beverage, followed by dinner at 7:30 pm. Between courses, we invite you to enjoy the warmth of our outdoor fire pit. Seating is limited to 16 people, creating an intimate evening with Chef Sheridan.

Chef Glenn Sheridan: He began his training at George Brown College in Toronto before taking his career to the United Kingdom in 2001, where he worked in Glasgow, the Isle of Man, and at the Savoy Hotel in London. Classically French-trained, Chef Glenn has a unique ability to deliver an exquisite dining experience, share stories and a laugh, and guide you through a culinary journey.

Cream of Brie Soup | Creamy cheese-and-butter soup, garnished with slivers of crisp apples.

Minted Linguine | Creamy mint-scented linguine with peas and asparagus tips.

Rosemary-scented Figs with Glazed Chèvre Cheese | Fresh figs with orange-zested goat cheese atop radish salad with a lemon vinaigrette. 

Méli-mélo of Beef Nicoise | Short-grain-fed beef tenderloin and veal striploin, grilled medium rare with olives, capers, and olive oil, nestled in a courgette-and-tomato border.

Blackberry Streusel Financier  | Almond tea cake, topped with a sweet crumbly surrounded by a moat of blackberry compote.
