Find it in your app store by searching “GolfNorth” or using the links below:

New to online booking? Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen to set up your account.

Pick Your Favourite Courses

The first time you log in, you’ll see a list of all GolfNorth courses. Tap the stars to save your favourites for faster booking.

Confidential Information Secured

Your data, payment details, and personal information are securely stored and protected within the app.

Navigating the App

Your Golf,

Your Way!

The GolfNorth App is designed to make your golf experience seamless and stress-free.

Whether you’re booking a round, checking in at the pro shop, or managing your membership, everything you need is just a tap away. Here’s a quick look at what you’ll find in the app:

Book a Tee Time

Booking a round is quick and easy with the GN App. Here’s how:

Open the app and go to the Tee Times tab.
Your favourite course will load by default. To choose a different course, use the dropdown in the top left corner or search for a course.
Select your desired available tee time.
Select the number of players and carts for your round.
To add playing partners, tap the “Guest” spot and select the players you’d like to include.
Scroll down to review your order summary and confirm the details.
Add a payment method if required. You can choose a saved card or enter a new one.
Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
Tap “Book” at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation email will be sent to you and your playing partners.

Edit or Cancel a Booking

Need to make a change to your reservation? Follow these steps:

Open the app and go to the Bookings tab.
Select the upcoming tee time you’d like to modify.
Tap “Edit” to update details like playing partners or cart options.
Tap “Cancel” if you need to remove the booking completely.
Confirm the changes, and you’re all set!

Please note: Some tee times may have cancellation restrictions based on course policies.

Redeem Round Passes

No need to print your passes—use the app to redeem them at the course. Here’s how:

Open the app and go to the Tickets tab.
Select the ticket you’d like to use.
Show the QR code or ticket details to the pro shop staff at check-in.
Once redeemed, your pass will be marked as used in the app.

Be sure to check the expiration date of your passes before booking.

Add a Profile Photo

A profile photo is required for a smooth check-in experience at GolfNorth courses. Here’s how to upload yours:

Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner of the app.
Select “Account Overview.”
Tap the profile image area (if you haven’t uploaded a photo, it will show a gray person icon).
Choose a clear, recognizable photo of your face from your device or take a new one.
Confirm and upload your photo.

Once uploaded, your photo cannot be removed. If you need to update it, visit the pro shop or email memberships@golfnorth.ca for assistance.

Add Playing Partners

Before adding someone to a tee time, they must be saved as a Playing Partner. Here’s how to do it:

Open the app and tap your Profile icon in the top right corner.
Select “Playing Partners.”
Tap “+ Add Players” at the bottom of the screen.
Search for the golfer using their email address or phone number associated with their Tee On account.
Once added, they’ll be available for future bookings.

If a partner isn’t showing up, confirm they have an active GolfNorth account and are using the correct email or phone number.

Manage Payment Methods

You can add or remove credit cards for faster checkouts. Here’s how:

Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner.
Select “Payment Methods.”
Tap “Add New Card” to enter payment details.
To remove a saved card, tap the card and select “Remove.”

Cards linked to a future booking or house account cannot be removed until the booking is completed.

Access Your Membership Card

Your digital membership card is stored in the GN App for easy check-ins. Here’s where to find it:

Open the app and go to the Memberships tab.
You’ll see a list of your active and past memberships.
Tap your active membership to view your digital membership card.
Show the QR code at the pro shop for fast and easy check-in.

Prefer a physical card? You can request a printed paper copy at the pro shop. Please note that printed paper copies can only be issued once per season.

Adjust Your Profile Settings

Need to update your information? You can manage your profile details directly in the app. Here’s how:

Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner of the app.
Select “Account Overview.”
Tap on the field you’d like to update, such as your name, email, or phone number.
Make the necessary changes and save your updates.

If you need to change your profile photo, visit the pro shop or email memberships@golfnorth.ca for assistance, as photos cannot be removed once uploaded.

Faster Check-Ins with Your Profile Photo

Your Tee On profile photo is required for a smooth check-in experience. Upload it directly in the app to make check-ins faster and easier at every GolfNorth course.

How to Upload You Photo

Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the app.

Select “Account Overview” and tap the profile image area.

Upload a clear, recognizable photo of your face.
