1. Eligibility:
   The GolfNorth Opening Swings Giveaway is open to all individuals within Canada. Employees of GolfNorth and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. One entry per round at a GolfNorth Course. Multiple entries for the same tee time will result in disqualification. However, you can enter again if you play more than one round during the entry window.
2. Entry Requirements:
   Participants must complete the official entry form, including providing their first and last name, a valid email address, phone number, tee time booking confirmation number and photo from the round. Entries must be submitted by 12pm EST the day after the last opening date for a GolfNorth course. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. A course is considered open once the first tee time of 2026 has taken place.
3. Prizes:
   10 individual winners will receive a complimentary twosome round to any GolfNorth course of their choice. This prize does not include a cart and is valid at any time.
4. Prize Conditions:
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product or service.
   • Prizes entitle the bearer to up to 18 holes of golf at any GolfNorth course. Valid any time of the day, 7 days a week. Carts are not included in prizing.
   • Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
   • Prizes cannot be used towards tournament or league play.
   • Prizes are non-refundable, but standard rain check policies apply.
5. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be randomly selected from the entries.
6. Notification of Winners:
   Winners will be notified via the email address provided. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entry. First names and last initials of the winners, as well as the winner’s photo, could be shared in the announcement on GolfNorth social media platforms.
7. Mailing List and Privacy:
   By entering the draw, participants agree to be added to the GolfNorth mailing list to receive news, updates, and promotional content. Participants may opt out of the mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Personal information collected through the entry form will not be shared with third parties.
8. Disqualification:
   GolfNorth reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be fraudulent, including but not limited to the submission of multiple entries for a single round. To clarify, one entry is allowed per round. If you play three rounds, you can submit three separate entries.
9. General Conditions:
   GolfNorth is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may prevent participation or the processing of entries. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of GolfNorth, which are final and binding in all matters related to the draw.
