It’s time for the Annual CHAOS (Canadian Honorary Association of Santa’s) convention and it’s time to appoint a new Chairman…or is it? Come to the convention for some good old fashioned entertainment and to help vote on some very important issues and as well…for some reindeer games and Christmas CHAOS.

Your 4-Course Themed Dinner

Act One
Tossed seasonal greens with mandarin oranges, candy almonds, crispy chow mien noodles and soya ginger dressing.

Act Two
Creme Anges Sorel a turkey veloute style soup with mushrooms.

Act Three
Chicken Cordon Blue with tarragon sauce, roasted baby potatoes and grilled vegetable kebab.
*Vegetarian: Mediterranean vegetable pasta with marinara sauce.

Act Four
Chocolate Caramel Christmas Tree; Succulent dark chocolate mousse with a caramel center and genoise chocolate base, wrapped in a delicious chocolate blanket with a candy cane creme anglaise.

Participation throughout the evening and Costumes are welcomed and encouraged!
Costume Suggestions: Santa suits, Mrs. Claus, Elves, Reindeer or anything Christmas.
