Double brie cheese salad with beets, poached pear, baby greens, orange segments, roasted sunflower seeds and honey orange blossom vinaigrette.
Act Two
Green bean and mint soup.

Guinness (stout) slow braised lamb shanks with garlic, parmesan mashed potato and roasted root vegetables.
Moussaka – Eggplant, sweet onion, chickpea, asiago, spiced marinara and almond cream.
