GolfNorth 2024 Member Feedback Survey Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility:
The GolfNorth 2024 Member Feedback Survey (“Survey”) is open to all current GolfNorth members who receive the survey invitation via email (“Participants”). Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of GolfNorth are eligible to participate but are not eligible to win the prize.
2. Survey Period:
The Survey will be open for responses starting from Monday, August 12, 2024 and will close on Friday, August 30, 2024. All entries must be received by Friday, August 30, 2024 to be eligible for the prize draw.
3. How to Enter:
Participants must complete the 2024 Member Feedback Survey in its entirety to be entered into the prize draw. The survey can be accessed through the provided link in the survey invitation email.
4. Prize:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to receive a $200 GolfNorth gift card (“Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The Prize draw will be conducted on August 31, 2024. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the Survey End Date. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the Prize draw. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Data Privacy:
All personal information collected during the Survey will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the survey and administering the prize draw. By participating in the Survey, Participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information for these purposes. For more information on how your personal data is handled, please refer to GolfNorth’s Privacy Policy.
7. General Conditions:
GolfNorth reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or in violation of these terms and conditions. GolfNorth also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Survey at any time without notice. By participating in the Survey, Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law:
This Survey and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By participating in the GolfNorth 2024 Member Feedback Survey, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
