By submitting the 2026 GolfNorth Junior Skills Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

  1. The GolfNorth Junior Skills Competition is open to all boys and girls ages 7-15. Boys and girls will compete in separate divisions in four age categories: 7-9 years old; 10-11 years old; 12-13 years old; and 14-15 years old.
  2. Participants will be grouped based on their age as of the GolfNorth Finals held at Mystic Golf Club on Sunday, September 14th, 2025.
  3. Participants must be at least 7 years of age, and may not be older than 15 years of age on the date of the GolfNorth Finals. Please note: A player may participate in local qualifying if they are 6 years old, provided that they turn 7 years old on or before the date of the GolfNorth Finals. A 15-year-old who will turn 16 years of age on or before the date of the GolfNorth Finals is not eligible to participate.
  4. The player’s clubs and golf balls must conform to the requirements outlined in the Rules of Golf.

Disqualification

  1. Participants may register to compete in only one local qualifier. Competing in more than one local qualifier will result in the automatic disqualification of that participant.
  2. All participants will be expected to show proof of eligibility upon check-in for the local qualifiers. Failure to provide a birth certificate or proper form of eligibility verification for the regional qualifier will result in that participant being ineligible to compete.
  3. GolfNorth reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is deemed to have submitted information or acted fraudulently.

Promotional Use

  1. By allowing a child to participate, the guardian or parent gives their permission for the participant’s name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes by GolfNorth Properties. This applies to all participants, regardless of who is selected as the winner. Promotional use includes your image being featured in emails, social media posts, ads, and posters, both this year and in the future.
  2. The guardian or parent may be asked to confirm this via online signature at registration by submitting a release of liability as a requirement prior to participation.

Entries

  1. Parents/guardians are required to complete the entry form on behalf of participants. All entry applications must be submitted online at the GolfNorth Juniors Website. Entries by telephone, mail or fax will not be accepted.
  2. Only one entry may be submitted by a parent or guardian per participant. GolfNorth reserves the right to disqualify any participant if more than one entry is submitted for that participant.
  3. Local qualifying entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. GolfNorth reserves the right to adjust the total number of registrants per site.
  4. The player is not guaranteed participation in the GolfNorth Final unless they advance through local qualifying, as notified by the GolfNorth team.
  5. Entry applications must be received no later than 4 p.m. EDT on the date ten (10) days prior to the local qualifier. Late applications will be automatically rejected.
  6. On-site registration is not permitted.
  7. There is no entry fee for the GolfNorth Junior Skills Challenge

Cancelling and Rescheduling Events

  1. Local qualifiers are held rain or shine. In the event of dangerous or unplayable weather conditions, after every effort has been made to complete the competition, the host course staff may cancel and reschedule the event. The decision to cancel and/or reschedule rests solely with the host organization.
  2. If your qualifier is cancelled, you will be contacted via email with further instructions regarding a makeup date if one is available.
  3. All efforts will be made to complete the GolfNorth Finals at Mystic Golf Club on Sunday, September 14, 2025. If inclement weather necessitates an adjustment of the competition, GolfNorth will determine the proper competitive option for completing the event.

Point Determination

  1. Junior Skills Challenge follows a structured format where each participant is allotted three shots for each of the fundamental golf skills: driving, chipping, and putting. The awarded points are contingent on the distance and accuracy of each shot in driving, while for chipping and putting, points are based on the proximity to the hole
    • Drive
      Each participant will hit three drives. Points are awarded according to the distance and aim of each shot.
      • Participants may use their own golf balls; however, they will not be retrieved.
      • Participants should take approximately 4 minutes or less to complete their turn.
      • A ball must come to rest within the 30-yard width to score points.
      • A ball must reach the minimum distance of 60 yards to qualify for points.
      • A ball coming to rest on any of the boundary lines is considered in bounds.
      • A ball coming to rest on any of the scoring lines will be scored in the longer of the two scoring grids.
      • Distance Points
        • Missed attempt = 5 points
        • 60 yards = 10 points
        • 90 yards = 15 points
        • 120 yards = 20 points
        • 150 yards = 25 points
        • 180 yards = 30 points
        • 210 yards = 35 points
        • 240+ yards = 40 points
    • Chip
      Each participant will hit three shots. Points are awarded according to the proximity of each shot to the hole, based on where the ball comes to rest.
      • A ball coming to rest on any of the scoring lines will be scored with the higher point value.
      • Participants should take approximately 3 minutes or less to complete their turn.
      • Participants may not use a putter for the chipping station.
      • Participants may use their own golf balls.
      • Points
        • Holed 40 points
        • Within 3 ft of pin 30 points
        • Within 6 ft of pin 20 points
        • Within 10 ft of pin 10 points
        • Missed attempt 5 points
    • Putt
      Each participant will hit one putt from each distance (5’, 10’, and 20’). Points are awarded according to the proximity of each putt to the hole, based on where the ball comes to rest.
      • A ball coming to rest on any of the scoring lines will be scored with the higher point value.
      • Participants should take approximately 3 minutes or less to complete their turn.
      • Participants may use their own golf balls.
      • Points
        • Holed 40 points
        • Within 1 ft of pin 30 points
        • Within 3 ft of pin 20 points
        • Within 5 ft of pin 10 points
        • Missed attempt 5 points

Mailing List and Privacy:

  1. By entering the draw, participants agree to be added to the GolfNorth mailing list to receive news, updates, and promotional content. Participants may opt out of the mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Personal information collected through the entry form will not be shared with third parties.

GolfNorth 2026 GolfNorth App Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    The GolfNorth x MolsonCoors Father’s Day Draw is open to all individuals within Canada. However, participants must be over the age of 19. Employees of GolfNorth and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. One entry per round at a GolfNorth Course in June. “Dad” must be one of the players in the round! Multiple entries for the same tee time will result in disqualification. However you can enter again if you play more than one round throughout June.
  2. Entry Requirements:
    Participants must complete the official entry form, including providing their first and last name, a valid email address, phone number, tee time booking confirmation number and family photo from the round. Entries must be submitted by June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  3. Prizes:
    The selected winner will receive a BBQ gift set provided by MolsonCoors, and a complimentary foursome round to any GolfNorth course of their choice.
  4. Prize Conditions:
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product or service.
    • Prizes entitle the bearer to up to 18 holes of golf at any GolfNorth course. Valid any time of the day, 7 days a week. Carts are not included in prizing.
    • Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
    • Prizes cannot be used towards tournament or league play.
    • Prizes are non-refundable, but standard rain check policies apply.
  5. Winner Selection:
    The winner will be randomly selected from the entries.
  6. Notification of Winners:
    Winners will be notified via the email address provided by July 5, 2025. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entry. First names and last initials of the winners, as well as the winner’s photo, could be shared in the announcement on GolfNorth and MolsonCoors social media platforms.
  7. Promotional Use:
    By submitting this form, you agree to let GolfNorth use your submitted photo for promotional purposes. This applies to any submissions regardless of who is selected as the winner. Promotional use includes your image being included in emails, social media posts, ads and posters, this year or in the future.
  8. Mailing List and Privacy:
    By entering the draw, participants agree to be added to the GolfNorth mailing list to receive news, updates, and promotional content. Participants may opt out of the mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Personal information collected through the entry form will not be shared with third parties.
  9. Disqualification:
    GolfNorth reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be fraudulent, including but not limited to the submission of multiple entries for a single round. To clarify, one entry is allowed per round. If you play three rounds in June, you can submit three separate entries.
  10. General Conditions:
    GolfNorth and MolsonCoors are not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may prevent participation or the processing of entries. By participating in the Pool, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of GolfNorth, which are final and binding in all matters related to the draw.

Terms and Conditions for the GolfNorth 2027 Cover Member of the Year Contest:

Eligibility:

  1. The contest is open to all current GolfNorth members who are in good standing.
  2. Members nominating others must have the nominee’s consent to submit their nomination and personal information.

Nomination Process:

  1. Nominations will be accepted via the online form provided at golfnorth.ca/nominate.
  2. Nominations must be submitted by the specified deadline: , 2026.

Nomination Criteria:

  1. Nominations can be made for oneself or other deserving GolfNorth members.
  2. Nominees must provide their contact information for verification purposes.
  3. Nominations without the necessary contact information will not be considered.
  4. Shortlisted nominees may be contacted for additional information or an interview.

Prize:

  1. The selected GolfNorth 2027 Cover Member will receive a prize of $2,000 towards their 2027 membership fees.
  2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
  3. If the membership tier selected is priced under $2,000, no additional prizes, compensation, or balance owing will be awarded to the selected GolfNorth 2027 Cover Member.

Promotion and Use of Information:

  1. By submitting a nomination, all participants agree to allow GolfNorth to use their stories, photographs, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the 2027 Cover Member of the Year campaign, 2027 GolfNorth Memberships promotions, as well as any future promotions within the company.
  2. GolfNorth may use the information provided in nominations for promotional materials, website content, and social media posts, giving appropriate credit to the nominee.

Member Consent:

  1. By submitting a nomination, the nominator confirms that they have the consent of the nominee to share their personal information and story with GolfNorth for the contest purposes.

Disqualification:

  1. GolfNorth reserves the right to disqualify any nomination that does not comply with the contest terms and conditions or contains inappropriate content.

Privacy:

  1. Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of the 2027 Cover Member of the Year campaign and will be handled in accordance with GolfNorth’s privacy policy.

Changes and Amendments:

  1. GolfNorth reserves the right to make changes or amendments to the contest terms and conditions if necessary, with any updates being posted on the website.

Acceptance of Terms:

  1. Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.
