Join use for a night of Santas and reindeer games!

It’s time for the Annual CHAOS (Canadian Honorary Association of Santas) convention, and it’s time to appoint a new Chairman…or is it? Come to the convention for some good old-fashioned entertainment and to help vote on some very important issues, as well…for some reindeer games and Christmas CHAOS.

Participation throughout the evening is encouraged and costumes are welcomed! (Costume Suggestions: Santa suits, Mrs. Claus, Elves, Reindeer or anything Christmas)

Your 4-Course Dinner:

Act One | Tossed seasonal greens with mandarin oranges, candied almonds, crispy chow mein noodles, and soya ginger dressing.

Act Two | Creme Anges Sorel, a turkey velouté-style soup with mushrooms. (Gluten and dairy-free!)

Vegetarian Option – Minted green pea soup.**

Act Three | Chicken cordon bleu with creamy dijon mustard sauce, roasted baby potatoes and roasted root vegetables.

Vegetarian – Mediterranean vegetable pasta with a marinara sauce.**

Act Four | Chocolate caramel Christmas tree. Succulent dark chocolate mousse with a caramel centre and genoise chocolate base, wrapped in a delicious chocolate blanket with a candy cane creme anglaise.
