We want to give back to both the community and its young golfers.
Proceeds will go towards funding the Ironwood and Exeter Junior Golf League as well as the Exeter Community Food Bank.

How to Play
This is a game of luck, so the more balls you buy, the better your chances!
Balls will not be available for purchase after 12:00 pm on June 12th
Bonus
The party doesn’t stop there, for everyone that comes to watch the drop in person, stick around for food, drinks and live music by The Hardy Boys from 8pm – 10pm!
$5 cover fee or donation of a non-perishable food item.
Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The 2026 Charity Ball Drop is open to all individuals within Canada. Employees of GolfNorth and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The winners do not need to attend the ball drop event in person.
- Buying your ball: Participants must purchase their ball(s) in advance of the event; balls will not be available for purchase after 12:00 pm on June 12th (the day of the event) or when 1,000 are sold, whichever comes first. GolfNorth maintains the ability to extend this deadline or end sales early without notice. Participants are welcome to purchase more than one ball to increase their chances of winning.
- Prizes: Monetary prizes will be awarded as GolfNorth gift cards. Gift cards are valid for any purchases made on food, beverage or in the Pro Shop at any GolfNorth property. The prize winners will be selected as follows:
- Closest to the pin: $1,500
- 2nd closest to the pin: $600
- 3rd closest to the pin: $300
- 4th closest to the pin: $200
- Farthest from the pin: Free foursome pass at Ironwood Golf Club
- Prize Conditions:
- Foursome pass at Ironwood Golf Club cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product or service.
- Foursome pass at Ironwood Golf Club is non-refundable, but standard rain check policies apply.
- The foursome pass at Ironwood Golf Club is valid any time during the 2026 season, cannot be divided into multiple tee times, and does not include a cart.
- Winner Selection: After the ball drop, winners will be determined by event officials based on the balls’ distance from the hole.
- Notification of Winners: Winners will be contacted after the event to organize their prize. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, their prize may be forfeited to the mentioned charities and Junior programs at GolfNorth’s discretion.
- Privacy: First names and last initials of the winners, as well as the winner’s photo, could be shared in the announcement on GolfNorth social media platforms. This event will be filmed; by attending, attendees consent to having their image photographed and recorded.
- Disqualification: GolfNorth reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be fraudulent. If a ball is moved by any bystanders prior to determining its distance, it will be up to the official’s discretion to decide the ball’s approximate distance or to disqualify the ball entirely.
- General Conditions: GolfNorth is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may prevent participation or the processing of entries. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of GolfNorth, which are final and binding in all matters related to the ball drop.
