Cold Presentation

Quinoa salad with avocado, apricot and an apple cider vinaigrette. Mixed greens with assorted dressings. Canadian & imported cheese platter with assorted crackers & chutney. Japanese Ramen noodle salad.

Nishiki Market-style crab. Peel ‘n eat shrimp with cocktail & Marie rose sauce. Tasting of smoked fish and assorted sushi.
