Trip Itinerary
Monday
July 7th
Arrival in Calgary.
Shuttles will be available to drive your party to Red Deer in the early evening.
(approximately 90-minute ride)
Tuesday
July 8th
10:00 am: Golf at Wolf Creek (Old Course) with welcome and first tee gift of $100 value.
An Alberta beef brisket BBQ will follow your round.
Twilight rounds are available at a special discounted rate!
Wednesday
July 9th
10:00 am: Golf at Wolf Creek (Links Course)
Golf will be followed by an Alberta whole pig roast with prizes, awards, and announcements.
Twilight rounds are available at a special discounted rate!
Thursday
July 10th
The bus departs from the host hotel in Red Deer for a 1.5-hour ride to Calgary.
12:00 pm: Arrive to explore Stampede.
4:00 pm: Arrive at The Roadhouse located inside The Big Four building.
4:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Enjoy the ambiance, dinner buffet, and mingling with other golfers.
7:00 pm: Move to your seats in GMC Stadium for the Chuckwagon races and Evening Show.
7:30 pm: Chuckwagon races begin, followed by the Relay Races, Evening Show and Fireworks Finale.
11:15 pm: Evening Show concludes.
Post-Event: Explore the rest of what Stampede Park has to offer.
12:00 am: Departure from the Stampede grounds for arrival at the host hotel in Red Deer at approximately 1:30 am.
Friday
July 11th
Shuttles have been organized to take your party to the Calgary Airport.
